Thank you for shopping with us. We value your trust and aim to keep our policies clear and fair.

Because our products are food based and hygiene sensitive, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery only for items that are completely unopened and sealed.

Return Conditions

• The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
• The product must reach us back within 7 days of the delivery date
• The item must be unopened, sealed, and in original condition
• The product must arrive back to us undamaged
• Return courier charges are the responsibility of the customer

Opened products cannot be returned for any reason due to hygiene and safety standards.

If a product is received damaged or there is a delivery issue, please contact us on WhatsApp immediately and we will work toward a fair resolution.

Important Instructions

• Please retain the courier label from your received parcel
• Place that courier label inside the return package so we can properly identify your order

If the returned product arrives late beyond the 7 day window, the refund may be denied. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for paying courier charges if they want the product shipped back to them.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund of the amount paid via bank transfer or wallet transfer within 7 days.
